RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES POLICY

All products delivered are customised, digital, and prepared specifically for each client based on the information provided at the time of purchase.

No Refund Policy
Due to the personalised and digital nature of our services, all sales are final. Once payment has been processed and work has commenced, refunds will not be issued for change of mind, incorrect selection of service, delays in client communication, or dissatisfaction based on personal preference where the agreed scope has been fulfilled.

Under Australian Consumer Law, clients may be entitled to remedies where services are not provided with due care and skill or do not match the agreed description. Nothing in this policy excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

No Returns or Exchanges
Digital services and documents supplied by Hill Work Skills cannot be returned, exchanged, or transferred to another person once delivered. Packages cannot be swapped for alternative services after work has commenced.

Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information required to deliver the service. Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information do not constitute grounds for a refund. Any requested revisions must fall within the original agreed scope of work.

Service Scope and Revisions
Where revision rounds are included in a package, amendments will be completed in accordance with the agreed inclusions. Requests that extend beyond the original brief, involve additional documents, or require substantial restructuring may incur additional fees.

Chargebacks and Disputes
By purchasing a service, you agree to first contact Hill Work Skills directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. Unauthorised chargebacks may be contested with supporting documentation confirming delivery of services.
